PRESALE ITEMS

Please note that presale items are not eligible for refunds during the presale stage, and are at the sole discretion of Jamstack.  Once you have received your product, it will be subject to the standard 30 day money back guarantee as listed below.


RETURNS / SHIPPING

If you find that your product is defective, please email us at support@jamstack.io and we will be happy to make arrangements to repair or replace your product. 

Shipping charges for the return of defective products reported within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you will be covered by Jamstack.

Should you report a defective product after 30 days from the date it was shipped to you, the product will be replaced, but the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, or will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Should you return your product for any other reason, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, or will be deducted from your credit or refund.

That’s why if something does go wrong, we warrant free of charge, labor and replacement parts from 1 year of purchase.

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Jamstack purchases may be eligible for a refund if the item doesn't work as expected or can't be used as advertised.

If you bought your product directly from Jamstack at www.jamstack.io, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it providing you follow the below procedure.

You agree to grant Jamstack Customer Support and Technical Support to take the steps we believe are reasonable to help you resolve issues before a refund is provided.

Jamstack will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues through troubleshooting procedures for any hardware or software issues.  Once our support team has worked with you and it has been determined to issue a refund based on the completion of the troubleshooting process, your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise which must be returned undamaged and containing all parts and original packaging.

Items must be received by Jamstack within 14 days of issuing an RMA (Return Material Authorization).  Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money Back Guarantee.

Please note that associated shipping fees are not refundable.

CHANGE OF PAYMENT INFORMATION

Refunds processed through our online payment system require that funds are returned to the same payment source where the funds originated.  Should your card and/or account that was used for payment be cancelled and/or no longer available to receive funds, any refund processed will be sent through Paypal.
