With a background in engineering, education and music, Chris is truly an "ace of all trades". Doing camp counselling in his youth led him into teaching after studying engineering at McMaster University in Hamilton. He quickly released his thirst for innovation which brought him into the Ed-Tech sector where he helped bring coding and robotics into the classroom. Now, after being full time at Jamstack for several years, Chris's zone of genius includes product development, system and processes, and creating great content.

Rosalyn spent 9 years as an internationally successful touring and recording artist, as a founding member of the band Oh My Darling. She moved to Toronto in 2012 and quickly established herself both on-stage and behind the scenes as an imaginative, hard-working member of the Canadian music industry. She leverages her love of music and writing to create content for musicians in her role at Jamstack.

Matt Zadkovich brings extensive background to provide the best possible customer service experience: 15 years as a licensed paralegal - provincial offences, summary conviction criminal, tribunal; 20 years as an entertainer/band leader - heavy metal, folk rock, rhythm & blues; 20 years as a music educator - guitar, bass, piano, voice, ukulele, theory & songwriting. He is also a frequent panel speaker on arts entrepreneurship. Matt continually strives to improve communication and process to ensure customer's needs are met in a timely manner, and works to improve the system for assisting customers as quickly as possible.

Dan Rougeau

Operations

Dan Rougeau is a multi-instrumentalist (guitar, lap steel, vocals) with a rich touring and recording background, highlighted by performances on NPR's Tiny Desk Concert series, New York City's infamous Carnegie Hall, and many of North America's popular music festivals and clubs. The ex-Toronto now Montreal based Rougeau has performed and recorded with some of Canada's brightest talents, including Emily Rockarts, Kaia Kater, Maya Malkin, Gillian Nicola, May Have, Tennyson King, Flara K, Boat Maker, and many more. While always busy working as a sideman, his output as a composer and bandleader is notable as well, having led his project Midcoast since 2013, with a new record, Beta, released in the fall of 2019. Dan's focus at Jamstack is in operations, where he manages logistics, outreach and some content creation. His background working with the Canadian Federation of Musicians in their new use Licensing department, with Cercle Group as a support analyst, and as a business owner with the Milestones Trio allow Dan to draw on a wealth and variety of experiences to apply to the operations role at Jamstack.
